Customer Feedback and Detector Specifications
Listening to our customers remains a core focus at OKM. Many discussions revolved around customer feedback, particularly the desire for more advanced radar technology and multi-functional devices that integrate various technologies. This valuable input will continue to play a central role in the development of future detectors at OKM.
Business Presentations by Stephan, Tristan, Kemal, and Mark
Stephan Grund, the CEO of OKM, opened the presentations by reflecting on the major milestones achieved in the past five years, and highlighting the company's strategic direction. He emphasized the growing strength of OKM's global presence, particularly through the success of its subsidiaries OKM Emirates, OKM Türkiye, and OKM Americas. Tristan Geruschke (OKM Emirates), Kemal Çelik (OKM Türkiye), and Mark Harris (OKM Americas) also shared their insights, focusing on the unique challenges and customer feedback in their respective regions.
The insights provided by the subsidiaries was essential in strengthening operational knowledge across the board. This exchange of experiences and best practices has been crucial in maintaining OKM’s high standards of product quality and customer satisfaction.
Service Center Workshop: Empowering Subsidiaries for First-Level Repairs
One of the key highlights was the Service Center Workshop, designed to equip our subsidiaries with the skills to handle first-line repairs. Led by Marco Goldschmidt, OKM Lead Electronic Engineer, the participants learned essential skills, such as soldering. At the end of the workshop, everyone received a certificate for professional repair work — empowering the subsidiaries to take on repair tasks independently in their own service centers.
Team Building and BBQ
No event is complete without team building. The BBQ with the entire OKM team was a perfect opportunity to strengthen relationships, exchange ideas, and celebrate our achievements in a relaxed atmosphere. Team spirit and collaboration were central themes as we bonded over shared experiences.
Fulfilling Customer Wishes: Media Sessions for more Comprehensive Tutorials
Together with Kemal, Tristan, and Mark, the OKM team held several media sessions, covering engaging topics related to OKM and the detector market. Additionally, we filmed new tutorials to provide our customers with even better guidance and insights into using our detectors. These videos will be available on our platforms soon.
Refresher Training and Software Workshops
The gathering also provided a chance for team members to refresh their skills, with a particular focus on practical training at our sand test field. Participants not only got hands-on experience with our detectors, but also focused on learning and utilizing our in-house software, Visualizer 3D Studio which is essential for visualizing and analyzing 3D ground scans.
A Successful Summit Full of Highlights
