Note on Processing:

The confirmation of receipt documents only that your withdrawal declaration has been received. The final review of the validity of the withdrawal takes place separately.

After a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments we have received from you, except for delivery costs. Please return the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
